Job location: On Site- Maple Grove, MN 55369

Hours: Full Time  Monday-Friday 

Job responsibilities:

The Client Care Coordinator/Inquiry Specialist holds a critical role in our organization, they are the first point of contact for families seeking to learn about our services and schedule Care Consultations.

Creating a positive experience for our clients and families from the first call, is essential in building the customer experience. This position will support the client in implementing start of service, following families throughout their care journey, and supporting our Care Professionals in their vital role.

Qualifications:

Who you are:

• Experienced in Health Care or Home Care industry preferred

• Internal/External Sales experience a plus

• Knowledge and adept use of Salesforce Preferred

• Possess a valid Driver License and reliable vehicle

• Ability to commute within the community for Care Consultations and home visits
