The Client Care Coordinator (CCC) must thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent phone skills, and love achieving client acquisition goals. If helping and influencing people, multitasking, and daily client communication hit your sweet spot, then we want to hear from you!

Position Purpose
This Maple Grove, Minnesota, based franchise position is responsible for fielding all client inquiry service calls, setting up care consultations, and documenting information into the Salesforce software system. Other duties will include assisting with other key operations activities as well as quality assurance calls and visits with our clients and care pros.

The CCC must demonstrate open and effective communication with clients and family members, the franchise owner, colleagues and CAREGivers.

Key Details

  • College degree preferred
  • Experience in home care, health care or senior-related industry preferred
  • Sales experience preferred
  • One year of experience in customer service preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Weekly travel to client homes
