Liberty Oxygen and Medical Equipment, the premier Durable Medical Equipment provider in the Twin Cities, has been helping people stay healthy and happy in their homes for 19 years. This privately-owned, small company is looking for a detail-oriented leader with medical billing and office management experience.

The individual would be responsible for managing the 3-person Accounts Receivable Dept while providing direction and guidance to the staff. Must have a clear understanding of HCPCs and ICD-10 codes, as well as revenue cycle management. Responsible for forecasting, identifying and solving reimbursement issues for third party payment. Must be able to communicate effectively and maintain relationships with payor sources, patients and internal customers, working inter-departmentally with the management team.

Associates degree or equivalent required with a minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement and medical claims submission, as well as 5 years of experience in management. Strong computer skills required. Experience with Brightree billing software preferred.
