Location Information
Saint Therese offers a continuum of care and services available in a person's own home or in one of our five Twin Cities communities: New Hope, Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, Robbinsdale and Woodbury.

Rooted in history, Saint Therese of New Hope is our largest community. This care center has 258 skilled nursing beds for long-term and transitional care. In addition, the Residence at Saint Therese of New Hope houses 225 independent apartments and suites for assisted living and memory care.

Responsibilities: Prepares Skilled Nursing Facility and Housing bills, collects, and post payments on all Private Pay, Complete aging review and coordinate billing and collection efforts with Campus Executive Director and other departments as required. Performs a variety of clerical duties relating to resident financial activities. Contact residents, family members, legal representatives, HMO's, insurance companies to resolve unpaid claims. Discuss the status of overdue accounts; arrange payments within limits of the credit policy. Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable for Campus.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, some weekends as part of Manager on Duty rotation.

Education: High school diploma, AA certification preferred. Related health care experience preferred.
