We have an amazing opportunity and are in search for a Vice President (VP) of Human Resources (HR). As the VP of HR, your time will be split between our St Louis Park and St. Paul campuses. This role is a key contributor in directing all of the people functions of the organization in accordance with the policies and practices of Sholom, the ethical and social consciences of business and society, and the laws, regulations and administrative rulings of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities and organizations. The VP of HR will provide overall direction and guidance to the human resource department and serve as a business partner to the senior leadership team. The incumbent is also responsible for the strategic human resource planning to provide the organization with the best people talent available and to position the organization as an employer of choice within the industry.
Qualified candidates will have at least ten years of progressive responsible experience in Human Resources, which should include at least five years of HR management. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; advance degree preferred. Experience in healthcare is strongly preferred, as well as a nationally accredited professional certification.

Salary Range: Starting at $100,000 an onwards, depending on experience
