Corporate Sales Consultant-
This position provides sales direction and support for Ebenezer owned and managed communities and programs.

Responsibilities/Job Description 

Major Responsibilities:

  1.  Initiates start-up systems for new development properties
  2.  Supports site sales staff in all aspects of the execution of sales and marketing plans
  3.  Monitors and ensures accountability for achieving sales goals
  4.  Provides training and oversight in Eldermark CRM system use
  5.  Coordinates referral events (i.e. CEU programs)
  6.  Keeps abreast of site and market area trends

Qualifications 

Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is required.  Three to five years of related experience in Senior Housing is preferred.  This position entails regional travel and a valid driver's license is required.  The appropriate candidate must be flexible to work a variety of different hours/days per week.  This position reports to the Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing.
