Due to our organizational growth, we are adding an Administrative Clinical Officer who is an Registered Nurse.   This new position is responsible for overseeing nursing practice for designated areas within Ebenezer and has ultimate responsibility for meeting quality and patient care needs, to assure interdisciplinary care in accordance with the Ebenezer mission in partnership with Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living staff and senior leadership. In addition to overall clinical oversite,  this role has direct oversight responsibility for Quality services and Clinical Education.  This position is Full-time and requires frequent travel to Ebenezer and Client Sites.

Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Leads the development and implementation of clinical nursing practice model that reflects best practice in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Transitional Care and Memory Care settings and creates an environment to facilitate team action that produces results 
  • Ensures organization compliance with patient care quality standards
  • Ensures service excellence for Ebenezer clients, families, staff, and vendors
  • Drives Strategic Partnerships
  • Supports Ebenezer Electronic Health Record and Technology systems

Qualifications

  • Requires Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse License in State of Minnesota
  • 10+ years in Nursing Leadership
